友子の場合
「Tomoko's Case 友子の場合」movie pamphlet
The second installment of the beloved 「Our Movie Series ぼくたちの映画シリーズ」, directed by Katsuyuki Motohiro 本広克行 and starring Rie Tomosaka ともさかりえ.
Tomoko is an ordinary high school girl whose vivid imagination and tendency to jump to conclusions turn everyday life into a series of unexpected disasters. When she joins her classmates on an overnight hot spring trip, Tomoko finds herself stranded at a station after being distracted by a local delicacy. What follows is a hilarious chain of misunderstandings and misadventures, told with the warmth, absurdity, and everyday humor that define the world of Tomoko.
This pamphlet is a fun introduction to Tomoko and the wonderfully unpredictable world she inhabits, as well as a little guide to the film and its characters, featuring the distinctive graphic design and visual language of its era.
